A giant nose for a hat?

I wonder what kind of stories the Indians had about rocks like this?

Definitely a very mellow place for wandering around and exploring, walking north out of the east wing of Hidden Valley Campground. That's surely one of the Park's larger Pinyon Pines, growing there in this protected little spot.
