What to say? It's been a SLOW year, but still great to be living within two miles of the ever beautiful Avatar Meher Baba Spiritual Center. I've moved twice, and am now living in a really nice place about ONE BLOCK from the beach........but no longer have a bargain *care taking rent* deal. For a while I was working almost full time taking care of a local senior, Lisa Sanford, and that job enabled me to meet my expenses and move to this new place.........but Lisa's health dramatically improved, so that job ended for me. At this writing I am fishing around for something else. I've set up my sign making equipment again, but have yet to use it. Also as of this writing , I've got my first girlfriend for quite some time, but she doesn't want to be on the web, so I'm saying no more about that, at least for now.

I keep saying I am going to get back to my writing, with printed out first drafts of both a novel and a screenplay sitting around unfinished, but I can't quite seem to actually get down to really typing out anything.......maybe tomorrow!! I also want to type up my memories of my hippy years, in full book length.

Until fairly recently, I was still chatting a LOT online, mostly with Palace, a chat program where u can be a little cartoon character with speech bubbles above your icon's head showing what you type out to anyone else chatting away in that particular Palace room. Rooms are created mostly from photographs of various places around the world. I've really enjoyed chatting with people from New Zealand, Australia, and Native Americans from both USA and Canada, but more recently, I've been too busy with other things to send much time chatting at all. As of right now, I'd much rather get back into my writing than return to chatting.

Two of my four sons are here in the area as I write this......Corey, my youngest at 16, is attending *Youth Sahavas* on the Meher Center for the next few days. Abel, who now lives right next door, in a house I moved out of a couple months ago, is doing well working at a large local restaurant, the Barefoot Landing *Crab House.* Click here to see Abel in both his summer and winter work outfits.

Besides moving food around the Crab House, Abel has spent a LOT of time playing chess on-line, and practicing juggling Chinese Flower Sticks. To see a very short QuickTime Movie of Abel juggling, I hope you have dsl or a cable connection, because its a looong download with dialup!

Soon Corey goes back to his mom and High School in Washington State. Kevin, now 18, states college in the fall at Bellvue Washington, and Daniel continues to work at a Heating and Aircondioning place in the Los Angeles area. Daniel says next he is going to become a Physical Therapist.

Life is good here at the beach. My health is slowly getting better, and I'm happier than I've been in a long time. Now if I can just get some steady income rolling in! Best wishes to all.
